The H1 football pad features actual shoulder pads mounted on a foam torso and covered with a jersey, closely simulating game-day contact. This realism helps produce more consistent and effective training, especially for developing proper hand placement. The H1-X model fits Rae Crowther's X-Rae, Power Bow, and Strike King sleds, while the H1-R model is compatible with Rogers' MOD Series and LEV Series sleds.
