This lifelike design closely simulates game-day conditions, helping players practice proper hand placement and prepare for live contact with greater consistency. This Rae Crowther football blocking sled also includes Hip Power Spring Tech (HPST), an adjustable resistance system that allows coaches to tailor the sled's performance to specific drills and team needs. The body lean of the H1 pads can be easily adjusted to 0°, 12°, or 20° using a pull-pin mechanism. A 20° forward lean is ideal for goal-line drills or teaching the “wrecking ball” technique, while a 0° vertical setting is optimal for pass protection or linebacker drills. With wide 56-inch pad spacing, this 4-man sled is designed for efficient side-by-side use, and its modular design can be easily expanded or contracted based on your team’s needs.
