The Rae Crowther 5-Man Strike King football blocking sled is a versatile training tool that integrates innovative technologies to replicate game-day intensity. The Strike King football blocking sled has Rae Crowther's unique H1 pads, constructed with real shoulder pads mounted on a foam torso and covered with a jersey to deliver a lifelike training experience. The Strike King sled's adjustable Hip Power Spring Tech (HPST) system allows coaches to fine-tune resistance based on their team's skill level and the focus of each practice. The sled's H1 pads can be set to 0°, 12°, or 20° with a simple pin adjustment — 0° is ideal for pass protection and linebacker drills, while the 20° forward lean is perfect for goal line work and teaching the “wrecking ball” technique. A run-through frame, combined with the adjustable pad angles and HPST, enables a wide variety of drills using a single sled. The 5-man Strike King blocking sled features wide 56-inch pad spacing and a modular design for easy expansion or contraction. Built for use on turf or grass, it also includes weight horns on each pontoon, allowing resistance to be tailored to the playing surface, drill type, and level of play. The H1 pad torsos are made from high-density foam covered by durable vinyl, while the sled’s black powder-coated steel frame is built for long-lasting performance. Please note that the H1 pads are not weatherproof and should not be left outside. They can be removed for indoor storage or protected using the included custom-fit H1 pad covers.
